We call that “špeci”, here in the Balkans (read: shpetzi). It’s fairly popular here, especially with old people and young children, on account of it being very sweet and delicious, and refreshing in the summer. 
This is the real deal.
The Spezi was introduced to the market by a Bavarian brewery in 1956. It’s still produced by 7 Bavarian breweries.
I don’t drink it anymore, but it’s a dear childhood memory.
btw in Bavarian dialect, Spezi means buddy.

We call every mix of a cola and an orange-flavoured fizzy drink špeci here. Typically, it’s a mixture of Coca-Cola and Fanta in approximately equal amounts. The name obviously comes the brand Spezi.
It’s similar to how, in colloquial speech, we call all disposable razors, as well as razor blades, “žileti” (obviously, derived from the brand Gillette).

I hate soda, and even that sounds really good. We never get anything cool here in the states.

It’s been a while since broadcasting my alcoholism, but I’m like on day 9 of 10+ hour days of work with more than a week before a day to go, so my mind is pretty much numb with burnout. How’s everyone else surviving out there??
Dragon’s Milk Bourbon-Barrel aged stout. 11% absolutely delicious paired with the Reese’s peanut butter cups I’m enjoying as well.
