Rugby, a proper sporting game without wearing crash helmets in case your little snowflakes might bang their pretty little heads. And yes I have seen an NFL game in the USA, Vikes against the Detroit Lions in the old Metrodome in Minneapolis. It was fun for sure but get a passport and come and see Liverpool vs Man Utd if you wanna know what passion is! Anyway we’re way off topic, I guess we should stop this banter!

So which do you prefer - a gentlemen’s game, -played by thugs (‘soccer’) - or rugby - a thug’s game, -played by gentlemen? My own experience was mainly soccer, hockey (ice) and baseball, along with some cricket. Rugger and football (Canadian style, 4 downs) were only peripheral…
