More than likely custom kitchen cabinet lighting.
It’s for the fan and light in my kitchen.
My apartment just told me I could use my new thermostat with an Android app. They weren’t amused when I told them that wasn’t actually a feature I was interested in and asked how to use it without an app…

@fbodymechanic I am so behind the times. My wife was tickled pink when I installed a 3-way switch in the kitchen/ laundry / storage room. She spent about 20 minutes running from one switch to the other seeing if they truly worked as advertised.

About 6 years ago I purchased a bulb with built in IR sensor, and then a couple of simple IR sensors…
So now, when you leave the bedroom in the middle of the night, opening the door triggers the upstairs landing light (45 seconds) and you get lights on as you walk downstairs and into the kitchen, under-stairs trigger catches you within 1 metres of the bottom stairs unless you approach from the kitchen side because I pointed ot to look that way… then 3 metres) another one for the spare room too - open the door and it looks as if the light was left on for you. Great if you make coffee and don’t have spare hands to switch lights when you return to bed.
No ‘smart’ lighting here, just sensors that trigger lights when you’re walking around int he dark (they don’t trigger when other lights are on).

I don’t know what it is. It was a present at christmas time. It simply tastes awesome. I think the rest will not survive the night.

Yeah, but the photo is all blurry… Perhaps it’s hard to tell the difference at this point

I know. The reason why it is blurry is because of the disadvantageous angle. Definitely not because of me being drunk that night.

Having a so called Weinschorle right now. It’s simply a mix of white wine and bubbled water. It’s kind of our national drink here in Rhineland-Palatinate. Looks a little strange because of the flashlight. Was too lazy to turn on room light.
Earlier I had one Heineken beer. Didn’t have one for ages. To be honest : Didn’t improve much in those decades.

That’s a bit unfair, and I wouldn’t go that far. If anything, piss has more alcohol than Heineken, at least after drinking a proper beer.
