Laptop's Built In Display Freezes Shortly After Login

I am currently running EndeavourOS with KDE Plasma on an AMD 7000 Series Framework 13 Laptop. After running a weekly system update today the built in display freezes a couple of seconds after Plasma starts. I’m able to connect to an external monitor and Plasma functions as expected on the second display but the built in one remains frozen including showing the mouse cursor where it was when the computer started. Disabling and re-enabling the laptop display in display settings or telling the computer to sleep and waking it back up again both seem to fix the problem until the next restart.

I tried checking journalctl already and don’t believe that I saw anything of note but I’m not entirely familiar with what I should be looking for. Hyprland also works on my laptop without any problems. Any help in finding the cause of this problem or a fix would be greatly appreciated!

Seems like the same ddcutil issue I had. Downgrade it and check.

I followed this thread to the Arch Wiki and disabled ddcutil. After a reboot the problem was fixed. Thanks for the help!
