Laptop drains power during shutdown

Hello,

I have a Huawei Matebook D16 2022 with an Intel CPU and for the last two years I had the strange feeling that the battery is loosing power during shutdown. The last week I tried to further investigate the problem and found that the drain is 6-10% per day. This is a lot of power in a 60Wh battery.

I tried to google it again and again over the last few years, but did not find anything useful. I tried to find anything to configure shutdown, I have not found anything. Shutdown means power off, I guess it is a hardware issue, or a compatibility issue with the Matebook.

I disabled the wake on LAN function and other things like Bluetooth in the very basic bios.

I don’t know if it is a good idea to physically disconnect the battery with a soldered switch, but would be an idea.
