Laptop doesnt recognize HDMI connections after crash. MSI laptop

I have an MSI thin A15 laptop with nvidia rtx 4060 and Under very specific situations I presented some crashes, both on Endeavour OS and Fedora Linux. After that I had issues with sound and with the HDMI connection this post I made to resolve the issue explains it better.

I ended up upgrading the BIOS from a USB as advised on that post, and it resolved the sound issues. However when I connect the laptop to my Tv by an HDMI cable the laptop doesnt seem to recognize it. I booted from the Endeavour Live USB i still have right there the TV is recognized fine, so I know doing a fresh install should fix It, however, I dont really wanna apply that solution.

this is the output of xrandr when I have the TV connected by HDMI
