King Kong 2 Pro Controller Works with Windows but Not EOS?

I’ve been using this controller for about two years give or take without issue.

I recently had to replace some hardware on it. Got the software updated and it runs without issue on Windows. But when I run it on EOS the lights to indicate blue tooth syncing, which should be unnecessary thanks to USB connection, merely come on after a vibration to indicate that the controller is on and blink about 8 times before the controller shuts off.

Steam doesn’t pick it up, SC-controller doesn’t pick up, so far as I can tell EOS isn’t picking it up. Can anyone offer me some advice on how to get my controller working with EOS again?

Hello @crilglay!

Have you tried operating the controller in a different mode? I saw in the manual that it has 2 modes with the Windows symbol. Does it work via Blue Tooth?

Unfortunately I can only help you to a limited extent as I use the KK3 MAX myself. It is recognized as an XBox 360 controller with the wireless receiver as well as via USB.
