If I had known that I’ve missed the opportunity to hit Kernel 7.0.* with the 7777th revision of my installed package log, I’ld have waited a little bit more instead of blindly triggering the update.
In other words, unfortunately the major update hasn’t hit the ALHP yet.

I noticed delays after switching to kernel 7.0.x and had to switch CPU power usage to performance and everything got snappy again. I am using a desktop so don’t care about power but it seemed odd installing a new kernel that I needed to change the setting
