I know i can set a rule for a window for “Keep above others” but I don’t want it like that at all times. And I know i can access it through right click but kind of a hassle every time I want to use it. Any other solutions? Like a permanent button or can I move the menu items around?
Settings > Colors & themes > Windows configuration and in the top right configure titlebar buttons.

Thanks. Seems like the only option is with the mouse wheel to do that. And then once you activate keep above others, the only way to deactivate it is to go into the menu.
