I recently switched to partitionmanager on my Hyprland system. While it seemed to work, I found that filesystems it created were corrupted, at least according to Calamares.

Maybe there’s a connection.

Gparted and Gnome Disks have always worked for me. Why look elsewhere? :slightly_smiling_face:

II haven’t encountered any issues running it on my system or on an external USB drive. I created a new partition and checked it, and everything looks good on my end.

But like @eznix, I prefer GParted. It’s my go-to tool when I need help (a.k.a. when I’ve messed something up) or when installing new drives.
