Looking for something that will work to a similar effect on Linux where I can give a password to a partner who will then ensure that pornographic websites and similar content are blocked for me. Does any such app exist on Arch?
You could just use a DNS in your browsers.
Example: https://family.dns.mullvad.net/dns-query
Some recommended ones:
Mullvad > https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls
Quad9 > https://quad9.net/
Control D > https://controld.com/free-dns
If you’d like even more restriction, making it more difficult to disable and/or circumvent, add it to your router instead.

Bah… Censorship is bad! All form of it!
And porn can be “good” sometimes… For research!
