I keep getting the error saying command Failed to execute correctly

The update process of the kernel gives me the following output:

What is your issue? It doesn’t boot or you are just concerned seeing output that say’s

error: command failed to execute correctly

Are you not able to boot the computer after updating?

Check this post. Another user had the same issue. And it’s essentially not really an error as the kernel would boot anyway if I’m not mistaken.

Yeah, it’s just as it says…no need to update to something that’s exactly the same.

I had the same message but I took the plunge and rebooted and it’s been fine. I realise my cohort is small but it’s all I’ve got to go on. To me it looks like an informational message returned to a program that expects an empty string for success.

Can confirm: I’m seeing the same message now and then, but all’s well nonetheless. I’ve gotten used to ignoring this (apparently) non-error error.
