Is this Partitioned OK?

I have no pics because I’m on my current computer, not the one I’m rebuilding.\

I cloned Endeavour and Distro B to an SSD with Gparted.
I guess it went fine. I followed directions which was to clone one partition in sequence (boot/os/boot/os) at a time into an unallocated disk.

First cut and paste: 1GB Endeavour EFI.
Next: 100GB Endeavour /root.
Next. 1 GB DistroB efi boot
Next 100GB Distro B /root.

Yes the partitions were bigger than where they came from. I did not do UUIDS yet.

My sequence if you look closely above was sda1 and sda2 go to Endeavour and sda3 and sda4 go to DistroB.

Gparted for no reason I can think of gave me this numbn*ts setup–
sda1 1GB Endeavour boot
sda2 1GB DistroB boot
sda3 Endeavour filesystem
sda4 DistroB filesystem
WTH?
can two boot partitions exist next to each other? I’ve never seen it before.

or should I reclone all stupid like and out of sequence and gparted will accidentally put it in sequence?

can boot sda1 and boot sda2 live next to each other happily? or no?

thanks you reading, the vicar is cracking one early

Not sure I understand exactly what you done, but …
Yes you can have multiple efi boot partitions, not officially recommended from the gods of ego and Microsoft but it should work and do no harm.

UUIDS needs to be changed in fstab and may in your bootloader config too.

you got the gist of it, that’s the important thing. If it’s no harm to have seperate boots live next to each other then good. I can move forward.
UUID’s are next. Thank you so much.
Did anyone ever tell you that you gave them the peace of mind? Graci Doktor!
