Is there something like KDE connect for Cinnamon or MATE?

It doesn’t have to be KDE connect itself, but something similar that I can connect my phone to a Cinnamon or MATE DE?

KDE connect should work with cinnamon and mate. If you are looking for a gnome specific solution there is gsconnect. The difference being is gsconnect is kdeconnect worked for gnome shell integration. Since you aren’t looking for a gnome specific solution I would just stick to Kdeconnect.

You need indicator-kdeconnect from aur or chaotic:

2 aur/indicator-kdeconnect-git r599.070ebaa-2 (+41 0.00) (Installed: r625.669bdd5-1)
    Integrate KDEConnect on desktop environments that use AppIndicators (e.g. Unity)
1 chaotic-aur/indicator-kdeconnect 1:0.9.4-1 (198.1 KiB 454.2 KiB)
    Integrate KDEConnect on desktop environments that use AppIndicators (e.g. Unity)

Then it will work in other DEs.
