Intel media driver

I just installed it and I have an Intel uhd730 graphics card. But endeavouros doesn’t automatically recognize that it should be install intel-media-driver for my gpu HW

As with many things in an Arch derivative, the packages you install are your choice.

In the case of this package, it is only needed for VAAPI support for a specific set of iGPUs,

$ pacman -Si intel-media-driver
Repository      : community
Name            : intel-media-driver
Version         : 22.4.4-1
Description     : Intel Media Driver for VAAPI — Broadwell+ iGPUs

Therefore, there’s no reason it would be installed automatically on any system.
