You have to be in the directory you downloaded the ISO to. As an example if you downloaded the ISO to the Downloads folder
C:\Users\Tora\Downloads
Edit: Then run the command.

Could not get to the directory via cmd, so I tried power shell:
PS C:\Users\Torta\Downloads> certutil -hashfile EndeavourOS_Artemis_neo_22_7.iso.sha512sum
SHA1 hash de EndeavourOS_Artemis_neo_22_7.iso.sha512sum:
38e0da99704124bc6d8efa45ca238d52c7d66b4e

Yes, that’s fine, your downloaded ISO is valid, so you can proceed to installation.

Now… Do I need a bootable usb drive?
If so… How do I proceed?
Almost did it, got a failed instalación message, I restarted the instalation procesos, now it only allows me a manual partition.
Any suggestions?
