Could not get to the directory via cmd, so I tried power shell:
PS C:\Users\Torta\Downloads> certutil -hashfile EndeavourOS_Artemis_neo_22_7.iso.sha512sum
SHA1 hash de EndeavourOS_Artemis_neo_22_7.iso.sha512sum:
38e0da99704124bc6d8efa45ca238d52c7d66b4e
CertUtil: -hashfile comando completado correctamente.
PS C:\Users\Torta\Downloads>
Is this ok?
Yes, that’s fine, your downloaded ISO is valid, so you can proceed to installation.
P.S. 1: I hope it’s not to late, but… welcome to the forums, I hope you’ll enjoy the journey
P.S. 2: Some day I’ll try a “torta de tamal” I had some doubts about “torta de chilaquiles” but I liked it, who knows, maybe I’d like the first one too.
Thank you!
Now… Do I need a bootable usb drive?
If so… How do I proceed?
Almost did it, got a failed instalación message, I restarted the instalation procesos, now it only allows me a manual partition.
Any suggestions?

Still have some customizing to do, then see how much I like it.
