Then I checked the FS from the Livesystem:

[root@EndeavourOS pkg]# df -h
airootfs 256M 112M 145M 44% /

And this is where /var/cache/pacman/pkg is. So, calamares has only 112Mb Space for Downloading.
As Workaround i made a symlink to /tmp/pkgcache and now it works....

Which settings did you chose to install Endeavour? Did you format a disk? Replaced an existing install? Do you do Dual Booting?

Hey, I installed EOS around 20 days ago and I was getting a pacstrap error when i was trying to install EOS using online installer with KDE plasma.

Everything worked fine when installing using offline installer. (You may try that)

I installed KDE later

@Dirklangohr
Sorry for missing this information:
I choose online and manual Partition, because first i installed windows 10 and i left space on the disk. So i dont have to shrink it. I’m using dual boot.
I turned off hibernation and fastboot from windows
I use the windows EFI Partition in /boot/efi
than a Partition for root and an extra Partition for Home

@Atomic-no-80
no, offline installtion also failed with the same error.

as i write in my first post, pacstrap/calamares downloads the packages to airootfs, which doesn’t have enough space. So i made a symlink to tmpfs folder, because i have 32gb ram and so there is enough space for that.

I used a usb bootstick build with YUMI-Efi

Maybe a hickup happened when you partitioned the drive. I’ve read about other users running into related sounding problems because of that on the Arch Forums. Happy it works now. Would you be so kind to mark the thread solved? Or is there anything else?

Sorry for the late response:

Got the Solution:
Install Media was booted from a multiboot USB-Stick made with yumi. When boot from this Media, the ramdisk is too small.
Made a Standalone Bootstick everything worked fine.

Anyway, there is a new Bootstick Builder from Yumi and new Endeavouros ISO, but I don’t checked it
