Install SyncMyDroid on Endeavour OS

Hi,

New, don’t be to harsh.

Searched this forum, the internet etc.

Can I install it ? & how do I do that?

  1. Extract the file to a directory of your choice. ~/.local/bin for example.
  2. Add the directory to your path if it’s not already there.
  3. Add the syncmydroid executable to your startup scripts.

I tried this, but my Android phone doesn’t find my Linux PC.

Same network, with or without VPN, no difference.

Maybe you need to open the appropriate port on the firewall. I don’t know which port that is, I’m afraid.
