You can not install packages this way in Arch or EOS assuming you are trying to install this package, which is in the aur, and can not be installed with pacman, the command would be.

yay -Syu srware-iron-bin

That’s a weird error. I would try closing the terminal and opening a fresh one, then trying again in case something has gone screwy with your terminal session.
