Install GNOME Extensions via website or with Pacman?

I am relatively new to GNOME, so my question is: Is it better to install GNOME extensions via https://extensions.gnome.org/ or via Pacman in the terminal?

Either way will work. Website is the easiest way, plus you get a description of what the extension does. Just remember gnome extensions usually break on every major gnome version update.

Thanks @BONK, but I only have 3 extensions here and if something doesn’t work there, that’s to get over.

I install all of my extensions with the extension-manager app.

In dconf I disabled the gnome version verification and since then I’ve only had one break upon update. I think they break themselves mostly by “failing” the check. Just an observation. It’s surely not a cure all, but it will help imo.
