AUR seems to have the latest available Discord version (0.0.9) for linux.
About the sound issue, does sound fail only with Discord?

I was using discord too cuz I was playing wow but not anymore, so I’ve installed just for u discord and the sound is working (but I have to admit I’ve never used screen sharing before so not sure about it)
My guess would be either pulse audio or phonon gstreamer or phonon vlc
@astralmystic @manuel Sorry for the late reply! The issue is with Discord’s screenshare ability not having sound. On Windows, by default it takes the specific application you select’s audio to play back to your friends, on Linux that seems to be clearly absent. I’d suspect it’s on Discord’s end, and there isn’t too much to do about it.
