Usually you get transparency on the Welcome app if you let your cursor hover on it. It’s been a problem from day one. Maybe you never notice it.

Aaaah that did happen to me yesterday after install, i was like wth lol. 
But after i installed my video drivers it went away.
You might think it’s gone away but if you hover a lot on the welcome app maybe it’s still there? I’ always get it unless i turn off effects.
