Maybe because the headphones have Bluetooth 5.0 and the adapter has Bluetooth 2.0?Blueman first sees these headphones and then they disappear.Or maybe the Wi-Fi signal suppresses them? There are many very strong Wi-Fi signals nearby.

If you able to pair the device, check in audio settings whether it’s selecting the correct audio profile to you bluetooth headphone.

I’ll install another USB Bluetooth stick. Maybe it will help.

I connected another Bluetooth USB stick that does not require drivers. Now everything works.
