Htop in the LXQt desktop environment

Okay …it probably will come out with plasma 5.19 then?

The KDE Frameworks are releases are usually decoupled from the plasma releases. I am not sure if the next minor frameworks release will come before or after 5.19.

KDE/Plasma Today my “k” apps updated (20.04.0-1 -> 20.04.1-1) and plasma-frameworks (5.70.0-1 -> 5.70.1-1). Htop works from the menu without error.

In that case, 50.70.1 is definitely coming before 5.19 :rofl:

Interestingly, the problem has been resolved in the meantime after installing xterm. So now htop can be started from the application menu or the panel. Of course, obviously the htop command issued in the Xfce terminal does the same. I note that on Debian Sid there is no need to install xterm, but the htop started from the application menu ran smoothly in the Xfce terminal.

Works for me as well. Weird that EOS doesn’t install xterm by default…

i always used QPS in my lxqt install but its stil in aur :frowning: hope arch adapt it also…

Yep, I agree. But it’s comparing apples to oranges. KDE/Plasma Frameworks version to KDE Plasma version. KDE is a little strange when it comes to versioning.
