I recently wrote a Ask Ubuntu post about how to turn the screen grayscale in all kinds of desktop environments, and I am sharing it here because it is also applicable in EndeavourOS with minimal changes.

I do vibrant-cli eDP-1 0.0 in autostart, and then have sh scripts to saturate to 50%: vibrant-cli eDP-1 0.5 or even 100% vibrant-cli eDP-1 1.0

Works on XFCE and Intel integrated GPU

It seems that vibant-cli does not work on ARM GPUs. It works fine on most traditional GPUs, though.
