I agree, Gnome just works.

I’ve forgot to mention that some windows doesn’t fit on small screens (768px or less height). It happens on some DE configuration windows (can’t see buttons for apply/cancel), “solved” by dragging window with Alt + left mouse button; on apps like kdenlive is solved by hidding panels, can’t remember which ones, but it’s about options that I don’t use.

Sure, Plasma Settings can be a bit confusing. But on any other DE, most of these settings do not even exist, they are hard coded and you can’t change them (or you need some crappy extensions that break on every update).

Yes, I know and I’m ready to deal with Plasma if it helps me to enhance my workflow.
