How to remove a gnome schema

looking through org.gnome.shell.extensions with dconf I see that there are some left over schema, like topicons. How can I remove them?

look intoo ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extentions ? frankly i dont know but there is the place where extentions loads at mayby a quick peak you find an answer?

Thanks looked there, the extension has long since been removed, but the entry in the gnome schema database (not even sure if this the right thing to call it) still remains

ah well , if there is a schema of gnome but it didnt used with Root, then should hang somewhere in .local or .cache have to peak for that in vbox

‘sudo updatedb’
‘locate org.gnome.shell.extensions’

interesting, looking at the systemd timers updatedb is already being run daily
