How to re-install or restore systemd-boot to UEFI

Sometimes when resetting the BIOS or installing an update the Secure Boot feature will be enabled and wipes out the non-secure-boot EFI entries.
How do I add the EndevourOS systemd-boot entry again or how do I re-install it without re-installing the OS?

Or… can I use EndevourOS with Secure Boot enabled without any issues? I’ve read Linux has problems with it, that’s the main reason why I installed EndevourOS with Secure Boot disabled.
Maybe there is a way to prevent the UEFI entry wipe at all?

You use bootctl install to reinstall it.

You do need secureboot disabled.
