How to persist xinput set-button-map

Hi!
I’ve spend quite some time reading about xf86-input-synaptics, libinput, etc etc…
I still just cannot find out how to do this…

I’ve been on Linux Mint for 10 years, and have had this in my ~/.xsessionrc

xinput set-button-map 'SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad' 1 1 3 4 5 6 7

…which will turn the “middle button” on the touchpad to behave like the “left button”

How do I persist this on Arch/EndeavourOS?

I’ll answer my own question, since I finally found it out…

I’m using LightDM which apparently uses ~/.xprofile according to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xprofile
