How to install aterminal without a terminal

i had two terminals
i first delete xfce4-terminal and then accidentally deleted xterm , i dont have a terminal now , what do i do

I forgot my user name so I pressed crtl alt f7 and chacked my user name, came back, installed an terminal, thanks
