How to fix Chrome's Mic volume auto adjusting?

UPDATE :

The plugin fixes the issue with Google Meet on Chrome. On MS Teams desktop application, you can disable auto mic adjustment in settings.

If joining Teams meeting as Guest from web browser, I don’t know any way to fix the issue.
