I recently installed nnn file manager. When I navigate thru folders everything happens in the same tab. But in their git page. I saw panels (pic attached) How to enable or install dual panel??

Yes. You need to have a terminal multiplexer for that feature to work.
By default, nnn only displays one “context” at a time, which you can cycle through with the Tab and Shift+Tab keys. At least that’s what the wiki says. I’ve never used nnn so I can’t be 100% sure.
