How to enable caps-lock system-tray indicator in plasma?

there was a caps lock indicator in manjaro plasma. I couldn’t find a way to enable it in settings.

maybe this thread will help you? https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/s7ir31/how_to_enable_caps_lock_osd_in_kde/

In the system tray, click on the ^ to show the hidden items. Right click on Lock Keys Status, choose Configure Lock Keys Status (which should be the only option) and a window appears. Click in the box on the left of Caps Lock so that it is enabled.

Try installing kdeplasma-addons.

sudo pacman -S kdeplasma-addons

I believe that jasonmoofang/[LockState will only add the Key State plasmoid.

Any ideas how many things are added with kdeplasma-addons? I looked at the github site and didn’t see what exactly is added.

Of course, one may have to try both, one at a time, and see which looks nicer.

There’s a (long) file list here (scroll down).
