How to change my desktop environment?

Hi, I have been using endeavourOS KDE for the last six months however I miss some of the features of Qtile so I want to install it as another alternative for my login.

I would also like to uninstall GNOME as I never use it.

Please, I would greatly appreciate a guide to do it the right way.
