Your question is somewhat difficult to understand. What is the purpose of what you are trying to do?

The method of disableing the screen-saver depends on which screen-saver you are talking about. Sometimes programs can be prevented from autostarting by removing them from the “autostart” section in the settings program. Which screensaver are you using?

You can make lxqt lighter by removing programs that you don’t need running and using lightweight alternatives to heavier GUI programs (using Librewolf instead of Google Chrome, for example). You can also compile your own kernel and make modifications to your init system to speed things up marginally. Those are really the only good ways to reduce resource consumption though, and 4GB of RAM and almost any i3 processor should be plenty to run lxqt. Upgrading the SSD will give you the most noticeable improvement. You can get a small one for under $30 USD generally and install it yourself, just make sure to get the right size.
