I spent far less time on my computer when I was running Windows than now with Linux. So not a very popular choice sometimes.

I spend about the same. Admittedly the computer IS my hobby AND my work, but…

I guess when on Windows I did all my work related stuff plus used it for some casual entertainment. With Linux it has become kind of a hobby.

What operating system I use is a non issue as my family is not tech savvy and they would be in no better of a position if I were using macOS or Windows10 over Linux. Probably more pertinent is the fact I don’t really have anything of sentimental value that is stored digitally. I have a will so all the important things they need to have access to is arranged there.

I don’t do family with people who doesn’t use Linux.
