How I use the use scanner form HP DeskJet2700?

Hi everyone!Today I found that I need to scan documents. To my surprise, hp-uiscan does not work. I have the printer set up properly and generally everything works, just don’t know how to get to the scanner. Does it require an additional daemon? My printer is an HP DeskJet2700. If you need additional information, I will write all that is needed.

I have used skanlite with my HP scanner in the past.
