How do I fix Chromium-based browser lags

I looked at this log and it’s similar to mine although i have a high end nvidia card.
The one thing i did see is this (vaInitialize failed: unknown libva error)
I see this is common error on Brave.

Are you getting the same error on your side?

Are you using the open source driver not intel?

I am currently using modesetting right now. I tried to disable modesetting by following this person’s method How do I disable modesetting? - #2 by anotherusername but that completely ruined the display after a reboot so I was forced to reinstall Endeavour.

Did you run vaininfo

This package doesn’t seem to exist and when I tried to install it yay -S vaininfo it doesn’t exist.

Edit: So I have the Windows version of chrome://gpu/ https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pT7XBCty5Ej1D3LAZnsFF9CdIq3ytEkg

Is there something I need to use for Linux instead? Do I need to replace the gl_render or gl_version or something on Endeavour to match it with Windows?
