Hmm weird, do you know what is causing this to happeni? Do you get hte same output as I am getting if you look at the very top?
I usually have a delay of one and a half minutes in the shutdown process when a job was still running. By the way, what can be seen in the second screenshot linked in your opening comment has happened to me a couple of times. Then it was missing after one of the systemd updates.
