In mint, if i hold the mouse pointer over an icon of running program that is not presently in the forground is shows an thumbnail of the program. If I then move the mouse pointer onto the thumbnail it moves that program in its actual window size into the forground until the mouse is removed from the thumbnail as seen below. However as seen on the first screen shot in eos it just highlights the window and leaves it as a thumbnail. Is there any way to make it work like in mint? Oops I uploaded the screenshots in the reverse order I wanted. I am sure you will get the idea.
