Heroic game launcher show weird windows but can not launch the game

Hello
I have just installed Heroic when I launch a game, a weird window showing up but the game doesn’t launch. How to fix this ? By the way I use KDE.

try a different wine version(proton-ge), the game is 5 years old, so maybe an older wine, verify the game files etc.

I’ll try change wine, proton-ge, wine-ge, reinstall EOS, reinstall heroic but it’s still the same picture, don’t know why.
