Help with SuperbCalc

Hello Mates

I downloaded SuperbCalc a java based calculator but it’s not launching.
From what I understand it has to be linked with java in order to launch successfully.
I installed jre-openjdk with pacman as required.
SuperbCalc open with jre-openjdk 14.0.2.u12-1 - Need instructions: file location? to link

cd <Download directory>
java -jar name-of-file.jar

Does that do it?

I managed to solve this by changing the permissions of SuperbCalc file placing (execute) check-mark
