Hello im new in linux i don’t know almost nothing i need help to fix this pls

If your Internet connection is alright, you could try launching the Welcome app and refresh your mirrors.
After that: sudo pacman -Syyu
Hopefully it will resolve the issue.

this is an issue with the mirror indeed… it says you do not have permission … so rerank mirrors will fix it.
You should do that from time to time.
