For anything else, or if you just need some specific type of help and/or discussion, feel free to ask anything in these forums as well, many users are more than happy to help. Thankyou all for the warm welcomes! I have been busy browsing and reading a bunch of the threads and posts here on the forum and find them both interesting and informative. Some of them have answered some questions that I had so it does pay for one to search and read before asking as the question may have already been answered by someone already. I am really enjoying this forum and it is very helpful and useful to me. I am very glad I found my way here!

I feel the same way. Almost everything I’ve learned in Linux is through this forum and it’s members. I feel that the collective knowledge and know how in this forum is something special.
