Hello. I have the headset Redragon H848. It connected via 2.4 GHz wireless connection with USB dongle.
- Sound appears only if I set 100% Volume
- Sound appears only on the left or on the right speaker, depends on the balance, but never on both.
Mic works.
If connected via usb cable then no problems. When connected via 2.4 Ghz wireless connection same problems on POP OS (Live USB) but everything is working on Win 10.
