Headset quieter/silent in one channel

Hi everyone! It’s my first time posting here.

Sometimes, the left channel of my headset (Razer Kraken V3 X) is much quieter or is completely silent altogether. As a quick fix I jump into PulseAudio and lower down the right channel, but sometimes my settings disappear and I have to do it over and over again. Plugging the headset out and in again does nothing. Sometimes, the problem gets “worse” overtime, to the point where the right channel gets deafeningly louder than the left channel.

Is there something I can do? Thanks in advance!

When did you start having these issues? Were they there from the start?

I believe they were.

Lately I noticed this usually happens at lower volumes, but I could be mistaken. I should give it more time to say for sure if there is a pattern or not.

Have you tried other usb ports?
