Gthumb crashes

Has anyone experiences this running Gthumb: (org.gnome.gThumb:2130): GLib-CRITICAL **: 10:21:05.338: g_strsplit: assertion ‘string != NULL’ failed
Segmentation fault (core dumped) gthumb

This started today. I have re-installed Gthumb, but to no avail. I am running Endeavouros in a VM if that makes any difference. A month or two ago I also had trouble with Meson but I don’t know how or if they could be connected.

This is the output of inxi -Gxxx

All suggestions welcome.

The missing OpenGL context within your VM seems to be very suspicious.

Fixed it. Your comment that no GL data was available led me to think about a problem I had with MESA about 3 or 4 months ago. As a result I had to replace the running MESA with another version which had been provided I believe by the admin here. Everytime I updated my system Pacman would warn about the version of MESA I had locked to not upgrade, So I unlocked it, upgraded MESA and problem solved. This was the MESA problem back in May :

. Gthumb runs fine now. Thanks
