Grayjay Settings

So I just started with GrayJay and was wondering which are the best settings to use for it?

For instance there is Synchronization and its disabled by default would I benefit if I enabled it?

Ironically (other thread) I type grayjay into Freetube and just see 2 results, the first two. the first video looks like it is going over features.
