Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but idk how to word it to find the solution. I’m maximizing my browser and de maximizing it by pulling it to the top on KDE and then pulling down for it to go back to default size. On my secondary monitor, it shows a quick flash of the browser window. Has anyone else had this problem? Specifically on KDE Wayland.
I’d expect a lot of Nvidia users would raise their hand (also raises hand ).
If you’re using Nvidia, perhaps log-out and log into an X11 session instead and see how you go. If you’re not using Nvidia, perhaps a bit more troubleshooting is in order.
I use a 6700 XT, so unfortunately I can’t blame Nvidia.

Which browser?
It’s happened with Firefox, floorp, librewolf, brave, and chromium.
Do you have (firefox):
MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1
MOZ_WAYLAND=1
in /etc/environment
For Chrome based browsers:
I know its almost a month later, but the setting that fixed my issue was turning off maximize animation in desktop effects on KDE.
