GPU not recognized by ICD Loader

I played Diablo IV with Lutris and my discrete graphics card; the day after it didn’t work anymore; (maybe an update problem) in one Lutris Configuration with wine-8.0.11 amd64 i can launch the game with the integrated GPU of the i7-chip. (which is not playable of course)

Independently which runner I choose Lutris-wine-proton-8.10 or the former mentioned wine-8.0.11 amd64 I get the following message line from the icd-loader:

sorry that i wasn’t able to capture the complete popup (Lutris, Section Settings-Multi-GPU, ICD-Loader)

If I use NVIDIA OPTIMUS and switch to NVIDIA only I get the following Error:
Nvidia Proprietary Error at /run/build/vulkan-tools/vulkaninfo/vulkaninfo.h:248:vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfacePresentModesKHR failed

I tried some things with setting environment variables and installing packackes like opencl-nvidia, loading the drivers nvidia_modeset nvidia nvidia-uvm nvidia-drm from initramfs but to no avail.
maybe I made things more worse than before.
